I talked to them both. Passionate about their jobs and interested in keeping the base passionate about the CVO bike. We think the CVO line is something special, and they reinforced that view at Harley. Lot's of pride in the bike, the design process they follow to pick models and trim and the all important production process to pull it off (with the ocasional hiccup). They also realized the importance of limiting production so as not to degrade the brand and the value.
They were in the information gathering mode, although there was lot's of bike talk. Very careful not to share information about what's next. They were well aware that CVO customers spend more, and then spend even more, than the average Harley rider. I commend them for the visit. Says a lot about their commitment, and about the forum and the GTG, that they'd take time to get to know us and see first hand what winds our stem. Impressive. Might have to do an upgrade just in honor of their visit.
