I suppose the shape of the curve would be indicative to the style of the rider.
If a rider derives their pleasure from 0-40 MPH then a more restrictive mufflers would work for them. However, if a rider's pleasure is developed while riding the motorcycle down the road then I contend a free flowing muffler fits that mark.
These 110 CVO's with the 255 cams have more than enough torgue to go from 0-40 MPH. I personally enjoy riding down the road and not from stop sign to stop sign.
Again, no exhaust system in the world is going to gain significant performance advantages over another on a STOCK motor. If you want to compare exhaust systems advantages and disadvantages then high compression pistons, performance cams and head work would need to be added to the equation for a real dialog on the subject.
