I have a question,  with the WO575s...  do they get in the way of seeing out of the fairing mount mirrors??  i have them on my seeg, but mine are not the the fairing mount type.   I hear that the stock clutch and brake lines reach..  So thats a good thing.

I had my bars installed at the dealership before I took delivery, none of the stock lines/wires were replaced/lengthened.
For me, the mirrors are obstructed a little bit, I have to tilt my head slightly to see around my elbows.

My wife kept getting numb hands when she rode and nothing seemed to help.  She finally went to the doctor and was dianosed with carpel tunnel syndrome.  She had the surgery and hasn't had a problem since.  Not sure if a bar change is going to help if you have carpel tunnel...
