Maybe it just that more people own CVO electraglides , I have owned both and think the road glide is a better bike

I too have been watching this space every day or two and am surprised at the lack of activity.  I can say I've at least been able to ride into December which is an iffy proposition in the northeast.  I got the rear brake switch recall replacement done a couple of weeks ago.  It took about 45 minutes and there were no issues.  The heated grips and seat are a blessing when the temps are in the 40s.

I've noticed there's not a lot of action at the roadglide.org forum either.  Maybe everyone is out riding or going into the garage to gaze at these beauties.

The lack of posting doesn't surprise me.  I've noticed that in the second year of a particular model, especially since the SERGU was only a one-year model, that there tends to be less posts because most of the posts are centered around the new purchases and current model year.  The SERGU had it's heyday of posts during it's inaugural year, and because it was a one-year model, I don't foresee the amount of posts to increase much, unless they decide to come out with another SERGU in the future.  Doesn't mean I don't love my SERGU any less.  I love the Gray Ghost, and for two-up touring, it's unbeatable, even better than the SEUC that I had.

Been doing very little riding. Colder temps and a ton of rain. 

For many of us the riding season is pretty much done...so the lack of activity on here doesn't surprise me. Now it's time to save and plan for the mods on Rio.

I'm riding nearly everyday here in South Florida.  I'm also shedding the front wheel weights one by one it seems.  I got the dealership to replace the ones missing and I'm told they'll only do it once as a favor.  I got some Dyna Beads sitting on the work bench, I'm fed up losing these chrome weights that have poor adhesives.  When I'm done procrastinating I'll install the beads.

My fuel economy is between 28-33 MPG with this Stage lll set up.

I have heard from several CVO owners about the wheel weights. Is it the 2012's or 2011's or both that this is happening too?

Us Road Gliders have always been a select group.  We are "special"....   

We need to create a patch for JUST the FLTR CVO - all of them.  Heck I had a Tour Glide back in the day.  Talk about an ugly bike.
