Gift from Harley

Last week I wrote to the COO for Harley and told them even thought they treated me real bad when fixing my 2009 CVO Ultra I still went a purchased a 2012 CVO Ultra. Seven new bikes in 21 years. Looks like I'm what they call "A customer for life". So today in the mail came a large box with every cleaning product Harley sells as a gift. Was I ever surprised.....

interesting,,, did you check the return postage and see if maybe it came from your dealer?? instead of the MoCo?

Interesting.  Does that change your view of the MoCo's customer service? :nixweiss:

Inclosed was a short note from customer service. I still think customer service is just there to blow you off when you have a problem..

The letter was specific to my situation and would really do you no good. I do think it's a better place to go then customer service if you are getting jerked around.

You are a better man than me. On my Limited the Motor Co would not stand behind my frt wheel chrome peeling. I told them I would tell everybody what happened and never buy a NEW HARLEY. Not sure what your complaint was, But anyway, Good Luck on the new ride...
