Props to OP for an outstanding audio project and pictures.  Nice to see that you were able to keep all the gear inside the fairing and keep things pretty neat.

Look forward to more pictures when you get the painted parts back.

Here is a picture of the tour pak speaker grills and the Hawg Wired speakers, I had to use two spacers to raise the speaker out of the pod the magnets are to big and the pod is not deep enough,  lost about 2 inches in the back but the sound is great!!  :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

This is what the inside of the lid looks like with the metal guard installed, I may add some of the reflective sound material to the plate, but the goal was to protect the speakers from me over stuff my sh@t in the bag. Looks like it will do that very well.

Here is a picture of the Tweeter Grill painter with the GPS installed and I must say the sounds is flat without the tweeter hooked up, they do make a big difference  :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

Big "THANK YOU" for the thread and updating it with pictures.  These types of threads are my favorites.

You certainly had to do quite a bit of adaptive engineering on this project, and it's turned out great.

Thanks, again, for the descriptions and pictures.

Carl

PS:  I'm sending you a PM regarding the installation of the tweeters in the HT pod; I'm undertaking a similar project.
