I looked at the skunk and the blue at another dealer here in October (last time my bike was in the shop)

I thought there was too much gold pearl in the white and the blue was nice.. just didnt do anything for me.

...and those damnned skulls...  :huepfenlol2:

I wanted to see the Maple anyway... and I wasnt disappointment... though the bike did encounter some shipping damage as a result of HD not securing one of the tie-downs....

no problem.. all replacement parts are ordered and will be installed when they get here....

Hasn't anyone come up with a replacement for the skulls yet?  There's gotta be something cool out there you could substitute for 'em.

But still, damn nice-looking bike.  The dark brown seat looks great with the maple.

I'm thinking the oval Screamin eagle emblem on the center of the front fairing and possibly a set of the tank emblems from a 2009 FLTRSE3
