Ken,  Knew you'd be at Traxxion sooner or later  :huepfenlol2:   I'm working on getting my new ride now, hopefully in the next month or two. We'll have to hook up for a ride when I get it. Oh and I've still got those tools for you give me a shout so you can get them.

Hey Ken.   No fair buddy.  You beat me again.  I was thinking about the traxion and you did it.   Good for you.  I know you will love them.  I am gonna have to find a way up there this spring and have mine done too.  Congrats.  I'm happy you got em.   :2vrolijk_21:

LOL, Stu. I DO have about a 4 1/2-month head start on you!

It goes far beyond just correcting the diving when applying the brakes. The ride can be tuned to your riding style - different springs can be used, and the amount of damping can be adjusted. I noticed the huge difference in handling right away... even on city streets and on the highway going home after the install. The ride is much firmer, and the front end responds the way it should... that "wallowing" feeling is gone. The bike feels much more solid now.

They even gave me this nice bag containing all of the parts they removed! They are for sale, BTW...  :huepfenlol2:

Wife's 2004 SE Electra Glide has the Traxxion AK-20 front cartridge and Bitubo rear shocks.. Her bike rides very nice and comfortable at and 'above'  :o  freeway speeds and feels quicker and more responsive into tight turns and long sweepers.  This setup also makes the bike feel incredibly more stable and is a lot more comfortable overall.  Wife say's she feels more confident riding.. I did this setup when it was my ride, now she reps  all the benefits.  :'(   My 2008 Ultra and 2005 Fat Bob are still running stock suspension.. I plan on doing suspension upgrades on both but no way am going to spend the $$$ I spent on the 2004..  This is a good thread and hope to keep hearing the feedback from various suspension setups being used by you folks.  :2vrolijk_21: but Im leaning towards Progressive.   :2vrolijk_21:

Hi,
The progressive cartridges I looked at were for the 41mm Wide Glide fork tubes. I was told that some Harley 49mm front ends used cartidges. Is this true? Do they work well?

Has anyone installed or ridden a bike with the Harley Premium Ride Double Cartridge Fork Kit, 45500106?  Interested to know how it compares to the Progressive Monotube.
