Just to set your expectation, I have reviewed the listing and in the
Payment tab, it's clearly stated there that "Deposit is non-refundable".
Nevertheless, I still sent an email to your seller and tomorrow, we will
still try to contact them via phone to hear their side of the story.
Aside from this, you may also want to consider filing a complaint with
the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
The IC3 is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and
the National White Collar Crime Center.
The IC3 will review complaints and refer information to the appropriate
local, state or federal agency.
