Will there be a 13' CVO street glide?

I have a chance to get a 12' but it won't be until June maybe, with the 13's getting announced around the end of july

I'm just looking for opinions. Usually the CVO's are in groups of two years for each model except the Ultras and the last Road glides.

This is driving me crazy trying to figure out what  to do..

Opinions?

If I were a betting person I'd say there is a pretty good chance there will be another SESG. This particular model of CVO seems to sell well and if you use the success (sales) of SEUC as a precedent then I think it would be safe to say there is more of a chance there will be another SESG then there is there will not be. :nixweiss:

I'd have to agree with Gary.  They're in business to sale motorcycles and there isn't another model that they can sale more of. :2vrolijk_21:

The streetglide is number 1 in sales foe HD. So I have no doubt there will be a CVO model again.

The earliest indication that I could find as to what is going to be released by HD for any given year can be found at the below website.  Every vehicle that is sold in California has to have its emission information submitted to the ARB at least 30 days prior to being offered for sale in that state.

This is where I learned, a month before Harley officially announced it at the end of July last year, which CVO models would be offered for 2012.  As well as what size motors they would have.  I discovered this information, and the below website, last year when I was trying to decide if I should buy a 2011 SESG or wait for a 2012.  :2vrolijk_21:

I was in the same boat trying to decide between buying the '11 or waiting to see if the '12 SESG was going to be offered.

You're going to have to ask yourself some questions:

Is there anything (like color, etc) in the '12s that you REALLY like?

Is there anything (like color, etc) in the '12s that you REALLY hate?

Are any of the '12s "speaking" to you?

If the answer to any of those is YES then I would say you should SERIOUSLY consider buying the '12 before the '13s come out.

Reason being is that as the models are sold off later in the model year, they get harder to find so that if you like a certain color over the others then you may not be able to find it available - even worse if you HATE a color and wait, you might get stuck with that one...

What it came down to for me was that I loved the kryptonite and it started to speak to me - I ended up pulling the trigger and have NO regrets at all. 

The saddle bag speakers and light up CVO console medallion that I missed out on are nice but just not worth it for me when comparing the color of my Goblin with the colors of the '12s.

NOTE: Please don't take that as me putting down any of the '12 colors - I'm not saying that they suck, I'm just saying I prefer mine.

In the end remember one thing - love what you buy and make it your own!

I was thinking this.... and the corresponding price increase... so that would make it $35K and some change at MSRP?

If the MoCo has a BRAIN, there will be a 2013 CVO Street Glide. People are beating a path to their door to buy the 2012 FLHXSE3s... but they should take my advice and outfit it with a detachable Tour Pak... :bananarock:

That said, I would just LOVE to see the return of the CVO ROAD KING in 2013! That would just be KILLER! I would buy one, if the COLOR was right...
