I wouldn't trust a set of cylinders right out of the box from Harley, if that's what you're thinking of doing. They don't have a very good track record for accuracy on the 110 cylinders, especially in terms of taper.
If you have an excellent machine shop available to you, having your existing cylinders bored to the next oversize would be a much better idea IMHO. Order the pistons in the next oversize, not the standard bore size, and have the machine shop bore and hone the cylinders to fit those pistons. I'm pretty sure that won't be a problem with most dealers, they can swap the pistons in the kit with a set of oversize pistons, no big deal.
btw, I don't understand why you want to buy that kit. Since you already have a TTS MasterTune, you don't need the SEPST that's part of the kit. Why not just price the parts you actually need, like the pistons in the appropriate oversize, the cams, the pushrods, and the gasket set?
