They went on quick and easy, took them out for a spin and have to say they make a huge difference around the chest area and help up around the head. The "cockpit area" is so calm you could let a match burn down till it burned your fingers and the wind wouldn't blow it out and that's at 70mph. Now I just got to get rid of that crappy HD wind splitter windshield I got talked into and I think I'll go clearview, all will be right in CVO land...

Good to hear! I just got mine in and will get them on and try them before removing my lowers. Then I will remove the lowers and check again. I will report back once I do.

:2vrolijk_21:  Must say the only reason I fitted these Sancho Wings was to stop my legs (below the knees), getting wet when riding in the rain.
((Yes some of us do get caught, particulary in England!!))
Without the wings rain is driven along the fairing side and straight on to my knees, which then continue down my leg. ouch!
BUT, I'm OK now, these little babies work just great, along the old saying KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid, because that's what they are, simples.

This is my first venture into Wedge fairing bike, been used to Bat wing which did not have that problem.
I blame Harley for not doing a proper job in design and user testing....but that's another story.

Happy riding. Queens celebration this holiday weekend, rain forecast of course!

Tagging this to follow along with the progress on these. Not too sure about the looks of them yet from the riders position though.

Wasn't sure about the looks either, but they match up perfectly with the bronze smoke Madstad. What I noticed the most is that my shirts don't whip up as much in the front (where before I would take a beating around the collar). Not much different in leathers, but definitely brought the wind at my chest down considerably and I don't even notice them anymore. Best bang for the buck so far!

Happy to report these work. I removed my lowers and added these at the same time. Didn't mention it to mama.
Usually she is leaning into me (leaning on my back) soon into the ride and several times.
With the wings attached.....no such leaning!
I think  they look fine, others may think differently.
If you are experiencing too much buffeting for you or your passenger......you cannot go wrong with these wings!

so, is this a good thing or a bad thing? I know MBH likes to lean forward and "snuggle" up while riding.

It's a great thing I think as far as the wind goes!  :2vrolijk_21:

I love the snuggling any time!  :P

Rob,
Glad you like the results too, was afraid after my glowing review that you might not and I might look bad. Sometimes I'm easier to please than others. I did get a clearview windshield too that makes a great combo against the wind.

LOL. Went for another 70 mile ride this evening. Same results! It's like the wind is there, but not annoying.....

They certainly work but I believe, under certain circumstances, they impact handling. This, for me, is more evident in wind. I dd notice this on some recent rides. I have just removed the Wings from my bike to test (and confirm) this issue.

Could you give more info on "impact handling"?
