The final banquet would be held outdoors and the weather was perfect for this occasion.  Gabe and Becky did an amazing job!

If we look real close between the hedges we may get a glance at another rare bird…

Yep!  It’s the spotted Blue Rooster and what a way to end our visit prior to the festivities.

You are a stud! I have been laid up since July 6th after lung surgery and it is killing me not to be out there on my bike and I have been sustaining myself going on this forum (the only forum I really like) every day and for the last week or so have been looking forward to your posts. I really appreciate it and though we don't know each other, after the last week I feel like I'm right with you. Keep posting and ride safe out there. I don't want anything to stop you from continuing...

So our route would take us around the lake and this presented an opportunity for what could have been a nice photograph.  However in a rush I failed to properly setup the camera for this opportunity.  Sorry guys!  Too old!  Too stupid!

Nice to see a bunch of SEEG's still in the mix  :2vrolijk_21:

Great pictures Jock! It was a pleasure to meet you and spend some time together in my 'hood!   :2vrolijk_21:

Hope your trip home is safe and that you enjoyed to suggested route I gave you through Montana. I look forward to riding in your 'hood with you someday in the near future!   :jalapeno:

The next part of my journey would take me to some cool places too.

Red Lodge is a resort and ranching community with a mining past.  It is at the base of the highest mountain range in Montana, the Beartooths and there are several mountain peaks rising over 12,000 feet.  Red Lodge is surrounded by Custer National Forest and has an elevation of ~ 5,500 feet.

Any town that has a casino, sports bar and bowling alley in one place is cool!

And one of the final reasons I like this place…they screen there women at the door!  No Dogs Allowed!
