96"er up to 107" and make ALOT more power

That has not been my experience, they scale right up, however I will say this the 110 by virtue of having a lot more airflow potential and port area will fall hard and fast if the pipe is not cooperating and or the tune is screwed up. And of course there is an assumption the motor health is fine which is not always the case when looking for numbers plus a big fat torque curve.

A cam change, a decent pipe and a good tune will take them a long way to driveability and heat fixed.
From there my attitude is quit screwing around and buy fast and reliable.

As always I still see the 120r as a field leveler before dumping too much in the 110. That would be a 120r without major changes nearly right out of the crate. No pistons changed.

Dewey I agree with you on the 96 to 107 builds. This 110 is a slug.

The main goal for me is to make it reliable. I don't think I will do any head work or even a piston change. I am looking for a good riding bike with a great TQ curve. Since I have retired I want to see the US next year. I plan on taking 6 to 8 weeks and doing a little riding. I think all I will do is a cam change, lifter and pushrod change. I just installed a FAT KAT with the quite baffle. It really isn't that quite. I am going to look for a muffler that will bolt up to the FAT KAT head pipe.

OK guys any help would be appreciated!!!!!

Dawg are you really stuck on the 575 vs. either the 574 from Fueling or the new Kuryakin cam  or the CR 575 for the 110?

Harry I am not stuck on any cam yet. I would have to look at valve timing on any thing I would consider!!!!!
