Roy, this may not actually help.  But it can't hurt if you can manage it.  Get a "gentleman's magazine" opened to an appropriate page and set it on the bike saddle.  Then just sit on it, squirm a little and think about how good the first ride will be.

Maybe not.  I think Don just made a
'grin' for Roy to pick up his mood........but, now that you mention it, you just never know about 2Ln.  Roy, the time will past (very slowly) and you'll heal at the same pace and someday again you'll be riding.....It was last summer for me, and I still remember it vividly and how much I enjoyed some of the forum members giving me laughs or encouragement.  Hang tough and it'll get better.  :2vrolijk_21: spyder
