I believe I could have, I was at my destination though. I had planned to stop after 650-700 but I felt good and kept going. BTW it was a 15 hour day, hit some traffic in PA and in CT, also did take at least 15-20 minutes at gas stops.

It is always exciting to read about someone enjoying their ride and loving their Harley  ::). Sometimes we forget about the reason we all ride these MC's and that's because we LOVE our Harley's  :2vrolijk_21:

just rode 900 miles in a day, it was a piece of cake. I love my 11.5 ultra. I have done this ride in the past and have stopped after 650-700 miles. On this trip it, was different, no tiredness, weather co-opereated, it was great. I'm running the fulsac head pipe and rinehart slip ons and was grinning the whole way. I have a decel pop that steve has been helping me with, very minimal, and that didn't even bother me. Just sharing my happiness. i was laid up last year with foot surgery right after I bought my bike. This was my first real ride on it and loved it, just sharing. Rode from Chicago to Hartford, CT.

You still in CT?, if so for how long, might be able to show you a few roads northwest of Hartford if the timing works and you don't mind the matching bikes  ;D.  I could always take the Fatboy (the bike that is) out for some excersise.

I wish I would have posted this while I was there. I just went for the long weekend, and seeing a matching bike would have been awesome, I have yet to see a 11.5 on the road, beside mine. Thanks for the offer, next time I go I will send you a message.

Just drop me a PM next time you head out this way. CT is a small state but there are a few decent roads here.

Cool, ride.  Thats a good jaunt.
When I bought my FXDSE2 I left San francisco at 10:00 Am ... went down to Santa Barbie and got back home at 1:30 Am Thursday. I think that ened up at about 700 and change.
