My experience has been a loss of low end torque on both my 110 and 103. With their setup both bikes will pull to around 190 kph or 115 to 118 mph. However, my 110 gets me there quicker. I've experimented by leaving the X-pipe on and installing the stock CVO exhaust. This increased both low end and mid rang torque back but I did lose about 5 mph at the top. Also much, much quieter this way and still has that deep HD rumble at all speeds.

I had a similar experience going from my '09 to '10 (96" to 103")
Steve wanted my new 103 to do some dyno testing to see if anything changed from my dyno'd 96.
Took all day to get the 103 dialed in to where he was satisfied!
Mind you, we had all the print outs to actually SEE the changes, not just my "seat of the pants" feelings.
We did actually change a few settings at low RRM's to get the torque boosted for stoplight take offs.
I ride 2-up, loaded most of the time and need that low end torque.
Got it now!
My 103 is the "stage 3" setup from Fullsac, and we're on the HOG rally now and the bike performs perfect, lots of power over the passes (9000 ft) and on the flatlands.
Couldn't be happier. Just took a little "dialing in" with my dyno map.
It's fun to be able to pull away from solo riders on stock bikes!!

I have the 4" rineharts. They have a really good low end thump but you can easily listen to music at 80mph

I'll chime in as well.  On my 09 SERG i was running VH Power Duals with 2.25 cores from Fullsac. No issues whatsoever. Had a nice rumble and was not loud at all.  on my 12 SESG I installed the VH Power Duals again but decided on the VH Hi Outputs. Deeper rumble for sure, but also alot louder.  The rumble is so deep that my bedroom, which is above the garage shakes when I start her up. Wifey says that it didnt do that with the SERG. I do not feel any power difference in either set up.  I ran the TTS on the SERG and Power Vision from Fuel Moto now.  Hope that helps.

Since I last posted on this topic, I went with a stage IV Race kit, (not the stage IV Street kit) in my 103, and with the whole new from the cases up kit, I found the Power Duals and the Hi-Output to be great for the build, highest numbers from any 103 they have ever built or even dynoed. What didn't work at the flow levels required, was the SE Ventilator that was a few months old w/K&N airfilter. I ended up with the SE Heavy Breather to better handle the needs of the modified 58mm SE throttlebody, 2+" intake valves in the SE CNC heads, high compression w/forged pistons added to the kit. The Power Duals and Hi-Output's are unmodified and after the AC change the tune ended up with 117.2hp and 110.7tq.
Right after the break-in was done, the tune got done at HDHD in Meridian, Idaho. Off we went to Sturgis for a few days at the rally and had a great trip! I have one very strong bagger that hauled me and a full load in the  bags as well as the back seat w/Sissy bar monster bag, sleeping bag, and part of the 10 man tent. And it was so kool to discover all the extra power while on that trip, and I now have explored the whole range of the power-band in all 6 gears and short of a 120R and a Supercharged 110, my 103 is 3rd on the all time list of motors they have built. There are few things more fun to me then running a bagger to parts unknown and the power to get "gone"!!!!
