Next stop was just up the road a bit to downtown Highlands. I think somebody needed to use the bathroom after standing by the waterfall all that time...

Plus, somebody wanted some fudge and others hung out talking to passerby's who were admiring the bikes parked along the street. Highlands is a beautiful little town with some neat shops and other attractions nearby. It's a great place to take your lady if she wants to do a little windowshopping. There's several good places to eat as well.

Pete and Phillip took a seat on a bench while Phil was smoking his stogie. I think somebody was trying to smooch on TN, but I didn't get that shot.

We then left downtown and backtracked a mile or so to a great BBQ joint, had lunch, then rode down into North Georgia along some roads we had traveled on prior trips to MV. When the horses started heading for the barn in MV, the ride was quite "spirited", to say the least. Let's just say that one would need to be an experienced rider to run with these particular dawgs...
