OMG!!  I LOL'd!  Good humour

Shop is still waffleing about ordering the rack and docking for the tour pak!!!  Just because it is not listed in the catalogue!  With the new docking kit on, do your bags stick way out when the tour pak is not on?  I rarely take them off.  Was just wondering if it was really noticeable.  Would you have pictures? rear of bike 'without' the tour pak?  I know, I am like Mrs. Pork...we can be challenging :-) 

Thanks for the invite!  so far in the mapping we are in Forks WA hoping to head to the Pacific Hwy to Crater Lake, then back up to Bend.

I do have pics.  they are on my 2010 which I do not have any longer.  the 2010 is exactly like the 2012 as far as the upper bushings are concerned.  The bags stick out about 3/8" farther than if you have the stock bushings.  it is a must, however, otherwise you cannot get your saddlebags to slide over the bushings.  Hardly noticeable in my opinion.  If in doubt, just ask someone coming from the opposite direction to "carefully" scrutinize as they pass you at 70 mph (112Kph).....hardley noticeable.
