I don't need or want 2 bikes.  The Breakout is paid off...it's not money problem.  Its more of a "I don't want problems with a $26K motorcycle" issue.

Me neither!   I  hardly have enough time to ride one bike  >:(

Well like they say.... If it has tits or wheels,it will give you problems   :nixweiss: (something like that)

It's more of a "I don't want problems with a $26K motorcycle" issue.

I think if you're this worried about it....sell it and find a different hobby.  All bikes have a potential for issues.  So do all cars and trucks and bicycles - as does flying, walking across the street, etc...

Seriously....worst case, it comes with a warranty.  Relax and enjoy!   :2vrolijk_21:

I can't really say that this thread is a surprise to me.   ::)

Nicky, I'm not sure now is the time for you to have a HD.  You and the missus have a lot that you're trying to get done, and maybe it's just not your time.  From reading other posts you've made, in this thread and others, I almost think you're into the status/image of owning a bike and you like to chase the next thing, before you have a chance to enjoy what you have.

Anything that is man-made will have potential issues.  You think guys that buy a $250k Ferrari don't have problems?  I am not dismissing your thoughts that a $26k motorcycle is expensive and should be top quality.  I agree.  But I am willing to bet the guy with a $13k Yamaha YZF-R6 will have the same thoughts.

We all work hard for our money, and we all want the best for that money.

Keep your Breakout unless you dont like it.

But dont sell it just because of the What if's?  Just get out and enjoy the bike.

Speaking of things going wrong. Just put mine in the shop with a nail in the back tire. Not HD's fault but it still sucks.
