Well I guess it's good that I'm the only one that has had these issues. But wish I could talk to someone high up at the main office but I guess I'm just going to have to keep waiting it out and just see what happens. Thanks for the help.

Ok found Facebook site and posted this. As soon as it went on it was taken off. Imagine that.

So they are paying someone to monitor Facebook for unfavorable postings, yet won't pay for quality repairs.

That's what I'm thinking.

I have called and spoke to a few at this number both ladies gave me the run around and said Harley doesn't give out loaners and it's my extended plan that would do that. They were very rude and when I ask to speak to a hire up they said no they could fwd info that's it.

Specifically ask for a claim number and specifically ask to have your issues documented.  That should get the ball rolling with the MOCO...

I have two different claim numbers. The first is the one where moco wanted to patch it and then have another for replacement. That's not the issue. The issue is no loaner and my bike has Ben In the shop over a month. And all the past issues. It's sad that they treat customers this way. They are admitting it needs to be replaced and are going to do it but in the meen time I'm just suppose to be without transportation and sorry but a month and still no frame because they wanted to try and patch my bike first that's was over two weeks. It's bad enough they tried that and that's why I'm trying to get to a hire up.

Sad to say Bowman, even if you had a directory to someone higher up, they would just kick you back down to customer service and get you more runaround.

In the mean time, like others said document everything and include as many names as possible. Do you have their fax number? I once heard of someone who sent a business repeated faxes,...endlessly. This got someones attention as it tied up their machine, used paper and toner, and eventually his issues got addressed.

Just something to think about.

After reading all the comments, IMO, since the CVO is top of the line the expense on their end is why their not reacting in your favor.
If you had a sportster it would be No problem to get a loaner, or to fix it.
I don't understand the business model of Harley Davidson, they think they have the market on motorcycles and by the way they treat customers that have already spent 10's of thousands of dollars with them it is apparent this is a one time case, and will do nothing to support the customer.
There are 4 or 5 forums on the internet that HD cannot control, if I were you I'd post my story in as many forums as I could about how you were being treated.
This CVO forum doesn't have as many members as some of the larger viewed motorcycle forums.
There are many consumer complaint forums out there too, I'd voice my concern all the way around.
Please look up the AG in the State of Texas on the Lemon Laws.
Keep an accurate log of all communications, have the Harley dealer put everything in writing, time, date, etc.
When you called Harley put down the name of the persons you spoke with.
I record everything, I have a pen video camera I use, it might be worth you money to purchase one.
There is a Harley representative for complaints for your Harley dealer district, speak with him, record the conversation,do it at the dealer have the dealer to request a meeting with him.
There is a time limit to fixing vehicles according to lemon laws,  keep track of how long it takes them to fix it.
I've had friends order frames, it takes about 3 to 6 weeks to get a new frame.
You'll need to get a new title, I believe the frames have the VIN stamped on it, Harley should pay the cost, demand that they pay!
Bottom line, Lawyer up with a Lemon Law attorney.

Remember, Harley Davidson and the Dealer got their money when you rode you bike out the door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good info except for this.  when you get a replacement frame, they will have stamped the original vin on the frame so no title work needed.

Sorry to say It but the Lemon Laws were designed to prevent the manufacturers from abusing a customer in situations like this. Think of how long you waited to save or finance nearly $40 k to buy HD's top of the line bike. Theb the amount of down time and $'s you're eating making those payments now.
File for LL coverage no matter how long it takes.  You just might find how much more responsive HD will become when it looks like they will have to give back your hard earned $'s and get stuck with a used bike that based on repair history isn't worth a plugged nickel.  Better HD takes the bath not you.

When dealing with issues like these, I found writing the CEO of the company a polite, factual letter expressing my displeasure tends to get the underlings off their asses.

This isn't what one expects when buying a 30k + top of the line bike.

Ok two days ago I emailed the owner of the shop where I got my bike and the last three bikes. Found him on Facebook. And while I never got a response my bike is done today. Hum emagine that. I will still file under my states lemon law I'm not sure how long it will take but hd will be replacing my bike or just buying it back. Sad I had to go through so much and that they don't give two chits about there customers. Thanks for all the help.

I hate to beat a dead horse, but here is Indiana law on Lemon Law, one of the things that need to happen is bring the vehicle into the shop 5 times without continue success, which means if if your transmission has trouble, you bring it in 5 times, and still has an issue, that qualifies for the Lemon Law, otherwise, one thing at a time the dealer can fix it.
I also looked up, it takes 40 man hours at $75.00 to fix the bike, which the dealer will in turn charge it to the manufactuer, see why he never called back!!!!!
It was about making money for them, not taking care of the customer.
In my opinion, when you brought it in with the cracked frame,  the dealer should have replaced the bike for you.
I wouldn't do bidness with this clown anymore

That's correct.  When they replaced my engine, the partial VIN # stamping matches the VIN on the bike.  I talked with Customer Service after that and they explained that any VIN stamped part that is replaced by the factory has to have a matching VIN and when they receive the original back to the factory, it has to be destroyed.
