Hi all CVO owners.
I want to know what kind of problems you have / had with your CVO Breakout.

I own a Black Diamond with 5000 miles on.

I have had problems like:
* Oil leak from the pipeline between oil tank and engine.
* Break caliper rear has pushed the break rotor so that the rotor has been blue.
* And the last is the oil leak from the front fork, See picture.

I have crimson red with 4100 miles:

*Peeling paint from underside of leading edge of front fender-replaced under warranty
*Fuel issue when low fuel light comes on...engine chokes and dies a lot-have not taken in to dealer yet.

*****even though this is a problem thread, I want to make it clear that I LOVE this bike******

Wow, I can see it ... it is not good.  I will look under my fender if I can see any rust or something.

Break rotor, caliper and oil leak from oil tank under warranty.

Dealer want to wait with front fork and hope it will stop leaking...

* Break caliper rear has pushed the break rotor so that the rotor has been blue.   Brake binding  (Check  wheel alignment)
* And the last is the oil leak from the front fork, See picture.   (This is normal)

Chrome flaking off the bolt covers on the pulley.

Dealer has checked the caliper and found that the piston hanging.

I have owned many Harleys, but never had the oil leak on the front fork from a new bike (5000 miles), But thanks for the input.

Posted in a different thread also but I will repost it here for anyone searching. Eng seal, confirmed under warranty but they said I can wait until I have down time. Don't think I need to post the clear coat bubbling on the aft fender, it is on the rear lip on the edge, above the rear reflector.

The end cap on my throttle grip has chrome peeling....I'm just going to put the get a grip grips on.  I had them on my Street Glide and really liked them.

Post it.  After reading your other post, I checked my bike with a super fine tooth comb!

My Issues...

1st:  Moisture in lhs rear indicator.



2nd:  Rhs mirror felt off!  Spline came out of the arm.





All issues fixed under warranty.

New issues with the paint on the tank.
Air bubble and some "snow flake" under the paint.

The dealer will order new fuel tank, very happy about that

Exact same engine seal leak as in ematicic's picture. Matter of fact my leak was in the identical place. Fixed under warranty during the 1K check. I also have a bit of oil on my front forks but I was told that was normal.

The dealer says mine fork leak will fixed it under warranty. It is not normal.
