Yea, "the weather."  I was gonna pick mine up last night until the freakin' downpour made me think otherwise.  10% chance of rain today after lunch, so we'll see....  I don't mind riding in the rain, but I hate spending 2 hours cleaning afterwards. :)

I ask my Dealer about the recall and they told me that he get the parts next week so that he can make the recall. It's not a problem because the new exhaust will be deliver in January 14 :o :o :o :o. That means for me the first run with the new bike will be start earliest at march 2014. >:( >:( >:(

Picked mine up today at lunch.  They said they replaced the Master Cylinder.  My receipt shows Recall Kit code 0153 and I think the part # is 91500065.

Bike seems to sift smoother.  It's not as clunky.  Also easier to find nuetral it seems.

Picked my CVO Limited up today from getting  the recall done. Said they changed the seals out of the master cylinder. Still having hard time finding neutral with shifter. Also the radio came on & only one speaker came on while the service guy was outside with me. At least they know its doing that been telling them about it & i think they didn't believe me.  Said may just replace the entire radio when i go back for 1000 mile service...

Clutch recall question
« Reply #130 on: October 23, 2013, 11:43:22 PM »

My 2014 CVO BO is being delivered tomorrow. I contacted to dealer to ask if my bike was involved in the recall. He said it was but their inspection found that my bike does not need repair. That's fine I guess but I read the recall notice and it said the bike should not be delivered on driven until repairs have been made. Didn't say anything about inspecting it. Anybody know what's happening with this issue?

Have the dealer document on their maintenance/repair order that they performed an inspection on the clutch in accordance with the applicable service bulletin/recall number and found it to be in compliance and not needing replacement or repair.  Put a copy of it with your motorcycle records and don't worry about it again.  Ride bike, rinse, repeat.

I think all master cylinders need the repair. It is not just an inspection on the cylinder. They do look at the clutch plate to see if it is hydraulic or manual.        Billy

I felt the same result with my bike, shifting smoother and easier to find neutral. Thanks for posting, now I know it's not just in my head.
