Washed all the salt and road grim off the bike yesterday after my Daytona Bike week trip.  600 miles each way plus the riding we did down there put a total of 1489 miles on the bike.  After she was cleaned up took a 45 mile round trip ride to the grocery store.  That is the closest one to my house.

Personally, with all due respect to others, I think the '09 silver & black Road Glide CVO is the absolute best looking CVO ever produced... Next of course to the '08 105th Anniversary Electra Glide Ultra - Duracell.

Rode 54 miles to the dealer to have them work on a couple warranty issues.  Cruise disengaged 40 times or more on way home from Daytona.  They believe they have it narrowed down to the gear position sensor.  A new one is on order.  Also the voltmeter fluctuating when riding.  They dug deep on this, have recordings of the voltage out put of the regulator, the ECM, and the BCM.  The IFCU averages the ECM and BCM.  They were always with in a volt of each other, usually just 1/2 volt.  They took the IFCU back to stock,  then did all the updates again. Very slight fluctuation at idle or coming to a stop.  No fluctuation at speed any more and what little there is is very slight.  Much better.  Rode the 54 miles home.

Got home asked the wife if she wanted to ride to dinner as it was a perfect day.  We hopped on our bikes and did the 60 mile round trip to dinner, great Cuban food.

           I sat on the bike, set up the i-pad in front of me put on a video of a ride ,...and off l went 🤣🤣🤣.  After 30 minutes or so the wife caught up to me

Rode over to the dealer so they could install the new crank positions sensor.  They also washed the bike after service.

Since they took the Skyline OS back to factory original, then reinstalled all the updates, the bike has started fine every time.  Hoping it holds true.  Voltmeter only fluctuates when coming to a stop or leaving a stop.  We will see how the cruise does after several rides.

Dealer got the 135 installed today with the Sawicki Racing exhaust. Sent me a short video clip and it sounds amazing. Unfortunately, I am in CA and bike is up in Oregon so I won't see it still for a bit. the next stop is the tuner that helped design the TTS in Los Angeles. Apparently, TTS has not yet tuned a VVT to 135 so they are using my bike to get it dialed in. This tuner has done all my bikes and I trust him though bummed he said he may need the bike for couple weeks.

No, no such thing as a 135VVT. The issue is TTS right now not set up to tune a motor that was a VVT and now is not.

To be clear they absolutely have tunes for a 121 VVT, just not for a 121 VVT that has the 135 motor kit on it as that kit is not VVT.

Okay I had thought they had turns for the VVT, but my reading your post I was thinking I heard wrong.  Thank you for the clarification.

Been a couple weeks since the Skyline OS was taken to stock and then all updates added again.  The crank sensor was replaced for the cruise issue.  I have not had an issue with the cruise since the sensor was replaced.  I have used the cruise 5 or 6 times including yesterday.  The bike as not had a no start since the OS was done.

Volt meter started fluctuating again on way Thursday a little bit.  Yesterday it was fluctuating more, but not as bad yet as it was before update.

Quite windy yesterday as it has been for several days, but got in a nice 127 mile ride, sunny and 59.

Did a little update to my wife's CVO Softail Convertible. The Garmin thing had been changed out years ago for a Radio. It was not blue tooth so my wife always had to goof around with a Blue tooth adapter. I replaced the radio with a 5" Blue tooth music / Wireless Android auto screen. It works good. Much easier. Just turn on the ignition and she is automatically connected.
While it was apart, I upgraded the speakers to JBL.
