I have the same bike and can tell you that HD will be no help as far as paint codes -- or any other paint info, they won't even verify the paint manufacturer...
Ask around your area to find a reputable painter or custom paint artist - like an automotive custom airbrush studio - and talk to them about matching the paint. Perhaps your dealer has someone they have worked with in the past??
There is more than one thread about this - here's one:
http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=89276.0I can tell you that I know it's a three stage paint - base coat, mid coat, clear coat process. And as far as I could gather from several sources it is a PPG product.
Believe it or not the Candy Cobalt will probably be the easier of the two to match, the Twilight Blue will be hard to get right. I've been down this path and after a LOT of research I chose a local airbrush/paint artist (at least he's in the same state as me) and my tourpak is currently at his shop having a makeover done.
If it's just little bottles of touch up you desire your dealer can order them for you - mine cost me about $60 US.
