I have the 7 yr ESP. I did the install of my V&H TDs, V&H mufflers, V&H intake, my own Smart tuning with the SE Pro and recently had engine noise on start up. The dealer tore it apart and replaced lifter, cam support plate and oil pump. All it cost me, $50, as ESP approved it.

One of the things that is being missed with all this conversation is that if the bike is at a dealership and they report to HD that the bike is altered the Moco red flags the bike, that is the end of your warranty. Once that occurs, it doesn't matter which dealership you go to. Any dealer after that has no say in what may be done from a warranty stand point. It will be up to you, not the dealership to fight the Red flag with the Moco.
