The Hayden makes things in the primary seem very smooth.  The pros are listed here. I had the the hd auto tensioner in my 04 Seeg with a baker DD6.   It ruined that chain.  I had to get another from Baker and went with their manual adjuster.   It worked just fine ever since all that was replaced.  Stay away from the harley one.

So looking at the CW site, it would appear that for anything other than a stock 110 you'd want/need to upgrade the clutch as well as the spring?  With all the surgery I've had on my left wrist, anything to make the pull easier would help.
