We were just pulling out to head to MV and my husband looks down at my fender at the first stop sign and the look on his face almost makes me drop my bike.......... What is wrong?

Was my SE Dyna supposed to come with a CVO Key or is that something extra that I would have to order?

I am starting to lose faith in the dealer, I think some of these guys are the ones selling gold keys on e-bay

Recievied my 07 key in the fancy box but no box in 04. Also asked stealer where the navigation cd's were at time of deliverly. Whats that they said? Clueless! They did not even knew bike could be set up for navigation.Cd's were in packet with cb intercom and such. I included this on the survey harley sent me on delivery of bike and how the sale was handled. I belive these surveys never get back to local stealer? Has anyone experinced any feedback from surveys harley sends out in mail?

I have certainly found that most of us know far more than the dealer does on what is to be expected at purchase, accessories included etc. Heck, my dealer had no idea what that lock unlock symbol on rocker switch was for. Am happy to report that they are takeing care of me though ;D

ya know its like anything else in life. If you love what you do you do what you love. I am lucky to be around several dealers who are very informed about all aspects of all HD models from old to new. They care and deliver great service and customer care. I feel for you huys who have dealers with know information about your bikes. I do know that the MOCO cares very much about  their dealers performance and while like any franchise if you do a good job you get lots of assistance and bikes. If you suck you get very little. I would if you can stay a way from the guys who just don't care. I know in some cases you have no other choice.
Be careful and double check their work and hope for a new owner. [smiley=nervous.gif]
