TTS Calibration for a 120R motor transplant !
« on: May 26, 2014, 07:01:40 AM »

Is there a Calibration in the TTS system for a 120R transplant into a 2011 Streetglide ( non CVO sorry )

Reason I ask is my friend's 2011 Streetglide was on a TTS 103 calibration prior to the engine swap

The 120R kit came with a new Orange Supertuner of course , but it won't connect to the bike's ECM

It will read the VIN but no more , the bike is currently "locked" to the TTS system

And of course either we had not saved the stock cal at the first TTS download , or it was lost in the death of a laptop ( most likely !). It was nearly 4 years ago and we can't actually remember truth be told

The bike had several metamorphoses before the 120R , 255 cams / true dual headpipes etc etc so had been TTS'sd several times and must have been reflashed after the time of the "TTS Lock "

What I have done in the short term is bump up the cubes to 120 in a "1856 Super high output " CVO calibration and the bike seems to run well enough. Same throttle body and compression ratio , and same or similar heads from what I can gather.
Cal ID is FUF-009-01

If there is a 120R cal anywhere in the TTS catalogue then sorry I can't find it

Thanks in advance from Perth Western Australia folks !!

I've had a very kind forum member contact me by PM and email me 3 TTS 120R variants

I'll work with them this weekend and see how I go.

My best of thanks to the ( unnamed ) forum member.

I did not mention names just in case the member would prefer anonymity

Do you still have the VCI?  You can make a new MTE.

Yes mate , I did try to save the TTS 255 cam calibration that was in there , and changed the file name to ".MTE"

I then tried to reload that as a " stock reflash " with the TTS dongle , loaded OK , but the Supertuner still would not link to the ECM

Having now moved on with the TTS cals anyway , it would still be good to know how to " recreate " an MTE file for future reference ?
