Motor is here, will have to wait till this weekend when a buddy is off to help install the motor, any pointers setting the motor in the frame(tricks of the trade)?

It's a very easy swap. The hardest part for me was picking that heavy SOB up.That thing is heavy. I have a lift so everything was waist level. If you have lift side extensions take them off. I had mine running in a few hours.

Did you leave front motor mount in or bolt to motor?

Have you purchased the components to go in the primary yet?

I left it in. I removed the two bolts holding the motor to the mount and pulled it out. It made it a lot easier that was. I did it by myself from start to finish. Very easy.

Motor is in place, the thing that help the most was putting a pancake jack on the bottom used a 2by4 to help line it up,

I pretty much did the samething. I grabbed the jack out of my car and a 2x4. Worked like Charm.

Yes, I'm not going to hammer this motor, don't get me wrong I will twist the throttle, don't like to do burn outs, it will spin the tires, found that out trying to loading it on the trailer,

Doing great, just got back from a 1400 mile trip threw NM, CO back home to Lubbock Texas, going to change oil to a synthetic oil this weekend, getting ready for a 1000 mile trip to the Gulf Coast next weekend. Roll on power is awesome, pure fun.
