Got the call from my dealer today. Ship date for my bike is NOVEMBER 21ST !!!!!!!!! 

Like I said while down at MV last week, it'll prolly get here about the same time as the first blizzard

Delivery will be about 3 full months from the day I put my deposit on it. I know others have waited longer and there are those bikes sitting on the floor in dealers now but I'm just a bit peeved. Seems like the smaller dealers get shoved to the end of the line when it comes to bike allocation 

On a more positive note, when I talked to my salesman he told me to keep riding my bike and not worry about the miles, just don't wreck it. The deal I made is already on paper and they will honor my trade in value as noted on the paper so they get to eat the 3 months of depreciation.

We have maybe 2 months of riding left here before the salt hits the road so I guess I can tinker with it over the winter. Already a few cosmetic mods planned and have to figure out what I'm going to do about the Prius sounding stock exhaust. I may just change the mufflers or cores for the time being and see how it runs. I'm sure I'll end up doing more to it but that can wait until riding season is over next year.

I feel for you.  In 09, I could not get delivery of my SERG until Jan of 09, but I still got to ride it quite a bit.  Got my 12 SERG first week of Dec 11.  This 15 is the first CVO I have got before Nov.

I'm a bit more lucky than you as, it may be cold but I can ride year round, with the exception of a few days

You can always drag the '15 down to FL sometime this winter...

Joe does do some great work doesn't he? The bags on my 11 will be for sale unless somebody locally wants to buy the whole bike the way it is for the price I want for it.

Good luck. I suspect you'd come out better by trading or selling it with the stock bags, and selling those bad boys separately.

Dealer already told me to strip it down and go back to stock. IF, I find someone that wants the bike for better than the trade offer+tax savings + bags + cash out of esp I'll sell it.

Hearing scuttlebutt that all CVO builds have been pushed back by 7-10 days. Hope it's only a rumor.

what color are you looking for.   as you know i got mine yesterday i just walked in it was there.  lol I'm really not trying to rub it in because i know how it feels waited 9 months for my rocker when they first came out.    why can't your dealer do a trade with someone.
