I bought my 14 CVO RK from West Coast in Glasgow and didn't get a coin but then found out that other UK owners did. I chased West Coast and they queried it with H-D. I then got it sent to me from the museum.

Hi, I'm in the UK and I got the coin shipped from the Museum. There is a thread in the RK sub forum about the Coin. Bav another UK member didn't get the coin, went to his dealer and they sorted it for him.

About 5 months but only took 2 weeks to come after it was chased. Definitely worth chasing through the dealer.
