You can start with HD's Electra Glide detachable kit, p/n 53246-00A, and the Ultra add-on kit, p/n 70032-09. It will include the detachable hardware and antenna relocation parts. An alternative to relocating the OEM antennas is to buy in-fairing antennas. J&M sells in-fairing AM/FM/WB and CB antennas, and there are a variety of other AM/FM in-fairing antennas available from Dakota Digital, Biketronics, et al. I use the J&M in-fairing CB antenna and it's adequate for group riding, which is all I need.
A primary issue encountered with the CVO Ultra is the wiring of the audio system speakers and amplifier. The audio signal is sent from the head unit back to the amplifier, amplified, then sent to the front and rear speakers. Consequently, if you simply remove the amplifier, there is no signal to the front speakers. Solutions include retaining the amplifier and its wiring but mounting the amp in a saddlebag; mounting the amp between the saddlebag and rear fender behind the filler strip at the rear (a member here did that and posted pictures, but you'd need to search for it); directly wiring the head unit to the front speakers like a non-CVO Ultra; and, adding an in-fairing amplifier to wire to the front speakers (the OEM amp would be used only for the rear speakers).
Heatwave did his '09 (?) CVO Ultra, so you may choose to send him a PM and he can direct you to his thread on his detachable tour pak solution.
