I saw a piece on the news Panama is gaining in popularity as a vacation/retirement place .. Cheap , warm .. no snow . at least the kind you have to shovel....  

After living in the mountains for many years I hear ya.  back in the winter of 68-69 we had 20+ ft ,  it was so high we couldn't throw it over the berm any more ...

Jay, here is what you do,

Go out to the family vehicle and strap the aforementioned "snow shovel" to the top. Then load up the family (with motorcycle [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]) and start driving south. When you get somwhere that someone points to the "snow shovel" and says, "What's that?"

Start looking for your new home!

Come visit us this summer in Grand Junction. Our house, actually in Fruita, will be done in mid-June and will have lots of room for CVO visitors!!!! Additionally, I get my own garage for the bike(s), really cool!

Like d00d said, we're getting ready for some of the white stuff to be mixed with sleet and freezing rain tonight.  Midnight will be staying cozy in the garage contently hooked up to it's battery tender.

Yeah, but NIDAN.....those lower latitudes have their own form of percipitation in the 'winter'.......that same period of time in 68/'69 that you had  that much snow, we had that much or more of RAIN during the monsoon period in South VN.  Not good riding weather, either way~   har!  [smiley=drink.gif] spyder

well, down here in bright leaf tobacco country, it can be a 'verb'.......as in: let's barn tobacco, or in your 'neck of the woods', it's a large shed......and out of the city it's a house for the barn(yard) animals.....or in your case: a home for that CVO 'barn-burner'.  har!  [smiley=drink.gif] spyder

Didn't you forget one definition? Where you meet the farmer’s daughter when he's out working in the fields. Hence the term "Rolling in the hay".
