A DJ can not be tweaked with a setting this is a old deal where SF and others made a DJ correction factor.. Local shops have mustang super flow and they show stupid high numbers.. I get those same bikes on the drum and the numbers on my DJ are right in line with the " other brand stating they read low" numbers ..  Example SF showing the DJ correction factor 105 hp and 118 tq when in fact his normal numbers where 94/107  on my drum it made 93/108 so thats more than close.  The numbers game is old .. In fact I heard that a few where saying that Win 8 read higher than win 7 and thats the reason that we had better numbers ,  that is until the same kit we built and tuned here was run in another state built by another shop and tuned on win 7 .. within 1/1

I would tell you to get it tuned correctly stick with a DJ to be able to compare the numbers more accurately. and just ride it .

If I read that correctly you're saying the other guys add a "correction factor" to thier so called "real" numbers because they claim DJ somehow reads high?

Unfortunately we don't have many options for tuners locally, the guy with the Mustang seems to be respected around here at least.
The dealers have DJ but obviously nobody to run them.

Talked to my dealer, they said they will "look at it" when they have the bike in for another issue this week.
I will guarantee they won't provide another dyno sheet even if they do re-map it.
He started talking about they dont' guarantee performance when you put on other than SE exhaust... right.
Basically, they don't want to do anthing about it.
He still claims it's way stronger than other stock 110's that they delivery.

So in the end, wanted to avoid using a tuner for warranty sake but it looks like with this crappy D/L that I won't have much choice.
Buddy with the Mustang will tune with TTS and show me how to revert to stock and back.

Bike back from local tuner with the Mustang dyno.

134 ft.lb torque
119 HP

up from the dealer CAN flash at 100/100.

The base run was where I left it after experimenting with the VTUNE @ 110/106.
So 34 Ft.lb and 19HP improvement over the dealer map.

There is a noticeable improvement in power with no flat spots in top gear WOT roll ons.

Numbers are very nice. Is this a rubber mounted engine or counter balanced?

2016 110 CVO FLTRUSE, I'm pretty sure rubber mounted.
It has the 117 bolt on kit with 259 cam, Crusher power cell and crusher trident mufflers.

I still get pretty consistant decel popping especially chopping the throttle at lower RPM.
Is it pretty something that won't truly disappear or should I ask the tuner to try and tune some of this out?
His comments were that you'll never be able to get rid of all decel pops.

I get this as well.  Frankly, it doesn't bother me at all - but some of them are as loud as gunshots  :o

Increase the first column in the front and rear VE table by 10% in the RPM range 1500 to 4000. If it helps then repeat using 5% increase until it's where you want it. If this doesn't help you may have an exhaust leak.

I don't get much popping and nothing that's real loud. Mine is minimal and sounds pretty cool...at least to me anyway.
