Hard to say keeping it under 3000 rpm until the dyno tune. Won't really know until I can open her up.

OK, finally got a chance to do this. They had the bike for 8 hours yesterday. Numbers are not as high as expected, but run conditions were almost 100 degrees, and perhaps that had something to do with it.  :nixweiss: I will say that I can definitely feel a very noticeable difference from 3500 rpm on up, especially from 4th through 6th gear. It's a handful! Chart shows SAE comparison. SAE: 122.03 hp, 131.13 tq. STD: 123.91 tq, 133.15 tq.

Need more cam now!

That's something - not a real pronounced difference there.  Did you increase compression too?

Did they re-tune? Just asking because it's only showing run 001?

They did re-tune. I could hear two runs while in the waiting room. Left for a while and came back. The had the bike for 6 hours.

I'm surprised by three things I see on this chart:
1. Torque comes on strong at very low RPMs.
2. Only showing one new run (but nice that they overlaid it on the pre-headwork pull).  AFR looks good.
3. Port and polish didn't make any difference until over 3500 RPM (others I have seen showed improvement at both high and low RPM).

I'll be talking to him about how many runs he did today. Called yesterday and he didn't get back to me. Starting to wonder about that.

Spoke with the tech. He did 7 sets of 3 runs. He explained everything he did, step by step, while I was on the phone with him, but he lost me with all the tech stuff. They have the charts but I won't be out that way for a while. I'm going to have him run it again in January when the weather is colder to see what the numbers will be. Should have a bump I think.

Assuming your bike was tuned using SAE correction factor the temp humidity and barometer are all compensated accordingly. I wouldn't expect much bump. Were your valves changed, larger intake? Did the tuner leverage timing changes in his tuning scheme?

My receipt from Ward Performance shows the following: CNC porting; profile valve guides; competition valve job; viton valve seal 5/16" x 531"; surface cylinder heads .040" 90cc chamber; AV&V valve spring kit, Beehive 650" lift 185 lbs @ 1.860"; AV&V valve spring shims .015"; AV&V spring shims .030"
