Hoist REMEMBER do not pay him OVER MSRP LOL ...that is "IF" he HAS an MSRP to go by ....you got to watch those real estate salesman there almost as bad as Harley dealers !!

Bubba

Bubba, you silly boy!

First you say you want to be just like me, then you call me a "real estate salesman" like you want that to be a bad thing.
Are you always this confused?
And for the record, I'm a builder, nothing more, nothing less. ;)

As far as prices on the houses they are set upfront when a subdivision is started.
The houses with the whistles and bells ( the CVO equivalent) are priced just like everything else.
The price (similar to MSRP) is what it is. But we offer discounts to REPEAT customers and many other levels of discounts.

If I can help you any more just let me know!

Now repeat after me,
DISCOUNTS TO REPEAT CUSTOMERS!
Don't start shaking, Try it, ultimately it builds great customer loyalty!

Hey, wait a minute...I wonder since I've been down here longer than I lived in Chicago if this now makes me a certified Redneck??? :nixweiss: NOT! :P

It is like Jersey here JR, at the Jersey shore you are a "Benny" unless you were born and raised by the beach. Doesn't matter how long you live there. But us transplanted "shore-ites" figure after 20 years we throw the "benny" title away.

LOL Chip you should be a politician ....your a "builder" not a real estate salesman ...hemmmmm whats the difference  :nixweiss: ......I mean I dont build the Harley just sell them yet I am assoicated with the MoCo or at least I MUST be wilth all the crap YOU have gave me this year LOL...as for "discount ..discount ...discount" ONLY you know the value of what you build ... if you build a quality product and back up that product you should not have to "discount" or give away money to sell it .......generally repeat business is built on good service not price.

Ok Chip,

I've got a question. You actually have "REPEAT" buyers of new homes?? I'm just trying to understand the thought process behind that. "I liked that house so much, I thought I'd buy another one just like it?" If a guy can afford two homes, He really doesn't need a discount.

NO, NO, NO H/B

We build homes from 1100 square feet to approx 2700 square feet.
We have many customers that buy at one price level then after a few years come back and buy a larger home at a higher price  level. Recognizing that loyalty we offer discounts that rewards the customer for sticking with us.

It's like buying a Sporty then selling and moving up to a Dyna then selling and moving up to a dresser.
It's a great concept, taking care of customers as they move up. And when you go home at the end of the day you realize it's been a fun day.

 :2vrolijk_21:

And BTW H/B
you going to HotSprings?
If so then look forward to meeting you!

OK Fatboy

Did you steal one of my chit stirring oars?
If you did, PUT IT BACK!
I wouldn't do it if he wasn't so easy.
Plus, me and Hoist are best buds now so I have to lay off of him for a few hours/days! :nixweiss:

 :2vrolijk_21:

Plus you need to get back on topic, this thread is about Hoist moving here.
Now, is that the pot callin the kettle....... :o
