Susie, when you click on "Reply" the box opens up for you to type in.  Just below that box there's a long skinny box and on the right side it says "Browse".  Click on "Browse and go to where ever you have the photos saved on your hardrive (usually in "My Pictures" or someplace like that) and click to open and they'll show up here.  Ideally, they should be 800x600 in size so you may want to resize them, before posting them.

If you need any help just send me a PM.

By the way, it sounds like you're going to miss all of us at Cripple Creek, Colorado in June   http://flhrsei.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1127174515   ......or do you plan on making it there, too?

Susie,

Welcome to the site.  As you already know, there is a wealth of information and friendship here.  Sorry to hear about your paint problems but, glad to hear your dealer will probably take care of it.  Love that banana!

Not sure if this has been caught yet in a previous post, but the Poll results seem to be inaccurate. The stats are including total of votes, to include "non-owners/visitors." If you take those votes out of the equation, then the stats are accurate. The percentage of "very satisfied" is well over 70%.

Valid point Phil.  I had taken that into consideration, roughly, in my head.....but not on paper.  I've met a lot of owners, face to face and have not met one yet that didn't just love this bike.  However, having said that, I can understand based on what I've read by a few, why some would be less than thrilled by their bike. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]  In there shoes I'd be just a tad bit upset myself.

Hello all,
I'm going to try this picture of the chips. Was at the dealership today and Harley ( not Buddy Stubbs) said they would not cover it, as it could not be warranted since I have 4870 miles on it in 3

I'm with you on the road chip logic, Jeff, unless Susie is doing a lot of coasting backwards on the freeway.  What a dumb position for the Co to take.

I think maybe because I'm a "girl" they think I have had it jacked up on a stand allowing the wheels to go around to put mileage on it!! I did not think the mileage was unreasonable in AZ even though I don

Didn't Twolane or BLM777 compose a letter to the MoCo, or the Dealer, on Mrs.We's behalf, concerning poor Service, recently?  Is another one in order?  Later--HUBBARD

Susie, I'm aware of the high cost of the piece that you posted that has the damage.  These are the very pieces on  the back of the lower part of the fairing that can also become damaged from installation of the chrome neck covers (including the HD neck cover).  [smiley=oops.gif] I've seen it happen to a friend's '05 SEEG.  Does your damage look more like a chip, ding, or blister?  Just wondering    [smiley=nixweiss.gif]  good luck w/ this issue.    :) spyder
