Aw, nuts!  I paid $4.95 more for mine and just got the regular Ultra Classic one that says "USA."  You '05 guys got a bargain!

Yes, it is stock on the 05 chopped tour paks that come on the bikes and, thankfully, it came as part of the of the king tour pak as well.
