Brian- since you asked- a cubic micron of water contains about thirty billion molecules. A water molecule is 0.0001 micron in size.

Here is a photo of one of the filters installed on my bike.  The results from my official SAE corrected dynobuttometer indicates a solid increase of 8 hp & 9 tq., :P with a 9.1 increase on the blingometer scale. ;D  Seriously, it is a quality made piece, and looks great too...I sure hope that it filters as good as they say :nixweiss:  I'll report back if I encounter any problems.

SCRM-R,  Looking Good !  Me Like,  I'm thinking of taking the plunge and getting one. How hard was assembling the filter together?  8) Instructions weren't too clear to me.

Very nice!!!  Love the looks, so if it performs as advertised, I can see one down the road....

No assembly problems at all.  It's really only two pieces...the inner goes in the outer and you give it a simple twist and it locks in place.  Everything is machined from billet, so it fits together perfect.  To clean it, just remove it (comes with its own wrench for removal)...remove the inner piece (which is the filter), swish it around in some type of solvent to clean, and reassemble...simple.  The rubber o-rings are good for multiple uses, and it comes with one extra.  The whole thing spins on just like a regular disposable filter.  I like it so far...
