Did DS say he was asked to sign the Confidentiality Agreement, or did we all just assume that's what he meant when he asked if anyone had ever heard of it happening? IROAR brought it up initially. Maybe he was just curious, maybe not.

Are we jumping to conclusions? Does someone know something that wasn't posted?

My fervent belief is that he needs some form of Legal Protection. I am not a Lawyer, but I have 2 on retainer (1) for my corporation and (1) for Realestate.

Even though I have NEVER ended up in court/trial, I have saved $000,000.00, time and duress because I had compotent legal advise.

Also I have posted on this board that the MOCO has always treated me fair and my dealer goes out of their way for me.

This being said, my comments to Dynasoar are not derived from bad feelings toward the MOCO, rather they are as previously stated by the general consensus here, the prudent thing to do in this situation.

I can say that if he is still asking very general questions here, I believe or ASSUME, that he has not sought the legal help this situation so desperately requires.

MOCO keeps attorneys on retainer and they have never delt me a bad hand, just because you retain or consult an attorney doesn't mean you are trying to screw them either.

Also this is an internet site with as much or as little anonymity as you want.
No one knows who is really who. As he said, he found out his dealer was lurking on this board
Maybe a MOCO attorney is posting/lurking here, no one really knows for sure..

The only thing I know for certain, my heart is in the right place.

Hey there  DynaSoar,   I always miss the hot topic of the moment...but..  Reading thru all the posts  it didnt take  2 shakes of a hogs tail to have many brothers jump up and stand ready to help and advise and defend you and the correct thing to do.  Life is all about doing the next right thing. If someone offers services or advise i am sure you will listen. you have from the begining and i know personally i have listened to everything that has been shared with me. It is prudent to certainly do your due dilligence regualding research for advise.  I am sure you are doing so. It seems almost a no brainer to sign nothing . Upon any hint of  any constraint arising you know what the right thing to do is.  I stand always ready to assist and advise any of my friends.  This site is full of friends.  This is a great thing. no apology needed   awareness of everyones willingness to help displays the need to fully explain any questions.   Again   we learn  every day!!!   Got to love  the USA!!!
