Sorry to see the leak -- hope it is just a bad gasket (are the chinese wheat gluton mfgrs now making our gaskets for HD?).

What kind of oil is it? Engine, Trans or Primary? It may be a gasket, but chances are it's a seal. Either engine or trans. if you use the same oil in all the holes, you wouldn't necessarily know where it's coming from. But if you're using different fluids in each, it should be easy to determine where it's coming from. Good luck AJ. Hoist! 8)

Howie, I'm using Amsoil in all. I'm prety sure it's the tranny oil. I'm hoping it's the gasket.

I hope so too AJ. I guess it doesn't matter too much, because it's w.....ty work. If it's the Trans, chances are it's the seal. You got that million year w.....ty, so it's not your problem! ;) Hoist! 8)

Ok, I'm starting to calm down a  little now. I made the trip down to Savannah HD fine. Dropped the bike off and showed them the problems. They said that it was possible to get it done over the weekend! I was able to order the new head tags ($5.30 w/ tax). Medallion P/N 29517-07A. The head gaskets are new also. P/N 16801-07A. I'll keep y'all updated on progress.

Thanks Hard10!

We've been looking for the new gasket part number on another thread:

http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=12869.0

More than a few of us need new ones!

I would advise EVERYONE with 07 110 get on their hands and knees with a flashlight and check out the rear jug at the gasket joint and look for any hint of oil leak (and stay with it over time).

Just my $.02
