I'll tell her it it was surpise to her as well , went to the DR with muscle pain shoulder and tingle in her left fingers. X-ray and MrI latter and we are going to the spinal center, Diag was Herniated disks, arthrits pushing on cord and muscles causing the problem. At least John Hopkins is NO.2 in this area Mayo Clinc is 1 (basied on the number of operations having been done in this area).

Not sure what they suggest because we sent the MRI to Hopkins and waiting to hear what specailtist to see based on the overview.

Thanks

Some of the neck surgeries have very quick recovery and some not so quick.
My wife had a five level fusion about 14 years ago.  Her recovery was a little longer since it was five levels, but she is doing very well and wants to be on the back of the bike everytime I get on it.

We will pray for Lynette.  If she has questions, and would like to ask someone other than a doctor, let me know.  My wife would be happy to talk with her.

The local droctor here' that is all he has done and where her's is located Fusion would restrick movement to much so we just don't know, However thanks you for the suggestion and she will PM you if she would like to talk about it. I'll let her know. That sounds very encourging.

Thank You

Yes since my wife's fusion was five levels, she has lost a little range of motion (mostly verticle).  Not too bad though.

As bad as I wish I was, I doubt it Jorge. I'd love to go, but, things have really gotten busy around here.

Let's make a deal: you go to DB and I go to your BBQ  :2vrolijk_21:

Mi amigo Wayne...I was diagnosed the same, one herniated disk and arthritis disease in C6 & C7.....the doctor who doesn't like the "knife" recommended swimming, no lifting heavy weight and massage from wifey.....I hope that Lynette gets better soon........

Jorge..let me put it this way.

I'd love to be at DB. I will/would if there's anyway possible, but it's not looking good. Even if I don't make it to DB, I expect you at this BBQ my friend!
