Dealer in Tucson replaced rear jug, rear rings, rear and front gaskets. Stock leaky gaskets was made from 3 metal layers (it seemd like that), and MoCo send a 3rd time revised gaskets, they are like compressed asbestos, feels slippery gray color (I think is graphite treated), looks like some auto exhaust manifold gasket (obviusly, with their metal rings insert), new revised part # 16801-07C, and I hope this is finally remedy (or am I dreaming?). 7,000 miles. Is not supposed to deactivate rear cylinder to avoid overheating? How I feel if that feature works? Also put SE-257 cams, Rineharts true duals, SE air filter (and keep stock own cover), SERT, 4 HID lights (yes, low, hi, and fog lamps, and "relayed" for keep all lights on while switch to hi beam, it's like a day on night, almost see the bones on deeres crossing highway like X rays), J&M speakers, isolated rear sprocket, oil temp (air temp gauge goes out) and Bluetooth. I'll keep monitoring leaks, and whole bike for more defects. Is there a bike that has the beauty design, sound and resale value from a Harley, technology and quality control from a BMW, and the price of a Honda? Would be the perfect bike. I like to dream.
