It's very possible that CVO will have a Rep right in the center of our event riding with us, eating with us, partying with us and soaking up information and we'll never know who that person really is, he's just a CVO rider like you and I.

Me thinks you FOS. I'm not protecting anyone. However I do think there is a certain way to approach things. Saying that you are going to "ambush" someone is not the way to get anything accomplished. Do I empathize w/those that are having issues... Yes I do.... Do I agree w/the way the MoCo is handling it... No I don't....Do I think ambushing the MoCo is going to get anything resolved... No I don't.

Trust me I've tried before the hardheaded approach before so I know of what I speak. Most things are resolved when party's concerned can sit at the table and speak intelligently and peacefully.

I thought it was meaning that MoCo would be ambushing MV08 with a rep.

Any marketing person put in that position would be quite rightly be accused of assuming his audience was the Happy Mushroom Committee; i.e., they were people who would willingly sit and grow in the dark and be fed bullchit.  The people who are members here and are intelligent and generally successful enough to own the bikes to begin with deserve more respect than to be considered mushrooms.

You know when the Coyote is preparing the chase the Roadrunner again... And he's got his latest set of instructions for Acme something-or-other.  Then while his back is turned the Roadrunner goes screaming by and Coyote slowly looks up, shakes his head back and forth real quick and you hear that small-bongos-rattling-in-his-head kind of sound.  You know he's either thinking something very very profound or he's totally hairy assed bonkers.  Only problem right now after this thread is I don't have a freaking clue which one was the Coyote and which one was the Roadrunner .

Well you guys said it would happen. Its not that I didn't believe all of you. I was just trying to stay optimistic. After all, I've ask about it at several dealershipsover over the last few months. I talked to the guys at Young HD in Greensboro and they said, we have not had any problems with the 110's. I talked to the service guys at Curly's in Winston Salem, nope haven't heard of any problems. I talked to Cox HD in Ashboro, have you been reading one of those forums they ask? Don't pay attention to those guys! Talked to Pat Rogers Dealership in Concod. Haven't had a single 110 come back in with any problems they said. Talked to Cross Roads HD in North Wilksboro, stay off those forum sites, theres nothing wrong with the 110 engine they said. If any of the guys I spoke with at the dealerships read the CVO forum take a look at this photo. That brown stuff dripping of the cylinder onto the tranny top cover, that would be OIL!!!     

Thanks for the pic!  I noticed a few drops of oil on the garage after a christmas eve ride, but couldn't find the leak.  Now I see it, looking about the same as yours.  1550 miles.  Merry Christmas to me too!
