You know there's always a room here whenever you're read and 10 minutes from Golden's dyno.  Next time I won't even drag you to the old Spaghetti place.  Does JD know about the trailer yet ??? ?

I'll take you up on it. no, I haven't mentioned a trailer to her. I figured I could just borrow your's! I admit it, I'm not man enough to tell her I want a trailer.

Hey Harry..Ltns

I'm the first to admit I was hoping for better numbers from this engine. Whenever Henry had this same guy run his bike, he came up about 8-10 HP and TQ less that his tuner had come up with. Maybe all dynos aren't set up the same? Maybe Jims isn't talking about rear wheel HP? How could they? Everybody's loss to the rear wheel would be different. Maybe this guy didn't tune for optimum HP and TQ? I'll probably still have John Golden re-tune it. Either way, I'm satisfied with the numbers. I was satisfied with the numbers the 110 put out. What I wasn't happy with was it being in the shop and tore apart all the time. I could chase the HP and TQ numbers by throwing more and more money at it. But I won't. The V-Rod would still beat it bone ass stock. I'm happy with it.

Ken,
Given the history of your bike's habit of breaking dynamometers  ;D and it's fouling of Bill Muir's A/F sniffer last weekend.....even with your current A/F ratio, you might consider saving a copy of your current map to reload just in case history repeats itself.   ;D

I thought you were going to blame the trailer on me?  I was ready for the fallout too.  Better hurry, bravery like that fades fast!

So I guess that means the questions is,

What size is the stock t/b on an 07 SEUC?

 :nixweiss:

Chip,

The stock t/b on an 07 SEUC is 46mm.  I have a 62mm HPI on my motor.  The motor seems to love it.  Everything hooked right up with no issues on the HPI throttle body, including the cruise control.

OK dumb question for you motor gurus - 62mm vs 46mm is 35% increase.  When do you get to the point that the injectors can't keep up with the increased air flow?

Unlike a new motor, chrome and all that chit a trailer is something JD would really enjoy and probably go for.

I don't remember what the stock injector size is, but my 62mm HPI throttle body is equiped with 4.89 injectors.

Aight..you guys are going to have to stop with the trailer thing. It ain't gonna happen!  ;D, I've already popped my budget. Plus if I hooked a trailer behind this 60 mm TB, I wouldn't get but 5 MPG
