For those of you who have joined the site in the past 12 months, I do this every year at this time. Please design the CVO you'd like to see the MoCo offer for sale using Harley-Davidson parts only. No aftermarket items . Then post your "dream" bike for the rest of us to enjoy

Could I ask for a wikitly painted V-Glide with a bigger displacement motor, fat rear tire, fully dressed tour package (floor boards, heated grips n seat (that work well)) but with a quick detachable tourpak and ummm...that is about it I think?   :drink:

My personal choice of course would be a Screamin Eagle Road Glide with paint scheme derivative of the 00 and 01 SERGs but different.  For all 2009 Screamin Eagle models, build them with a 113" Motor with HTCC heads and SE-264 Cams, roller rockers, all of the goodies H-D has in their Screamin Eagle catalogue. Obviously this would require design of new exhaust system. If the automotive industry can design and develop high performance exhaust systems to meet EPA smog standards, the motorcycle industry can too if they commit the money and resources needed to do so. Also for all Screamin Eagle models, design model specific new Screamin Eagle Logo footboards, handgrips, pegs, mirrors, wheels etc. Make all CVO models 100% Screamin Eagle, exclusive and unique and do not offer the parts in the P&A catalogue the following year. And if this brings the MSRP to $40k or so, then so be it. The MoCo tries to create a cache around the CVO line-up of exclusitivity when in fact they have allowed these bikes to become nothing more than low volume production models . I'd like to see more done to maintain the concept of them being exclusive.

Now that's what a call a friggin' dream!

No, that's beyound a dream!

I think that may fall in the trippin' category!

(for our younger members, back in the "old days" trippin' was the side effect of eating a sugar cube......)

It would be a Street Glide with paint picked by someone with taste. Something like Lava Red , Sunglo Red , or best of all Candy Brandy wine.   103 or bigger Stroker , roller everything , gear drive cams. Serc already installed. 20" chrome 8 spoke wheels ,true duels , Lowered 1 1/2 front and rear, all the chrome goodies available including bolt covers. And Lastly but the most important BUILT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME !!!!!!!!!

Great lawnmowers, I have one, also a generator, each kid was bought a new car, honda and oh and a single cam 400f and a ct70.

The score HD 3, Honda  6... :P

I love the CT 70. It reminds me of when I rode my first CT 70, It was
1971 and I was 11 years old and I have been riding ever since. It was
my first true love.

Amen to the CT70!  The ol' trail 70 was my dreambike for a long time.  My friend had one, but I never got one, not even a Montgomery Ward minibike with a briggs and stratton.

Anyway, has anyone heard anything else of a "redesign" of the faring?

Thanks,
Paul

I would bet the "house" that a Street Glide CVO will make it's debut this year......

hard to believe Harley's best selling bagger has not made it yet?

And it'd be cheaper to make than the Ultra.
