What a terrible first Harley dealer experience you're going through Steve.  Really sorry man.  All the repetitive back forth and their inability to analyze and correctly respond to a reasoned description of the bike's behavior is stupid and a huge pain in the ass. 

Keep after the bastards.  Not right how they're treating you and your bike.  So don't let them get away with a damn thing.
