2010 Model lineup changes:
1) The Fatbob goes away
2) The FLHXN is introduced. (The newest and only touring model member of the MoCo "Dark Custom" category with a flat black street glide (ala fxdb paint) coupled with a blacked out powerplant and new black chrome finish everywhere else
3) The VRSCDH is introduced in winter 2010 (This 'Hauling' based vrod will be outfitted with a fairing and saddlebags, this also warms up the customer base for what is coming in 2013 with all harley's being liquid cooled due to the EPA)
4) A specially numbered (1-1990 units) 20th Anniversary FLSTF is produced. It will include stock cruise control, engine gaurd, and fog lights from the factory. Paint will be an OEM reproduction selected from the original 1990 lineup.
5) The reason the MoCo didn't bring the XR to the states is finally revealed when the cover is lifted off the new lineup of liquid cooled sportsters utilizing an fxr frame with increased rigidity to handle the new engine. (see #3; 2011 will be the dyna's, 2012 will be the softails, and 2013 will be the touring models for liquid cooling to celebrate the 110th)
6)
CVO lineup for 2010:
1) Heritage (long overdue and also allows harley to appeal to the woman riders (due to the deluxesque seat height))
2) Road Glide: FLTRSE4 (yeah they'll finally get it right and include the tourpack, no lowers though till the lineup goes liquid cooled in 2013)
3) Tri Glide: FLHTCUTG (The newest highest price harley... the start of a 4 year consecutive run through 2014)
4) Street Bob: the first dark custom cvo model is unleashed with black powdercoat everywhere (includes the MoCo' 2nd attempt at a steering damper from the factory, 1st is on this years TG)
