Update: HD was unable to get my inner fairing, saddle bag lid, and lower right fairing to me in an acceptable time so I decided to take the damaged parts along with a new unpainted inner fairing to a custom painter in Wisconsin. This painter has done custom and stock paint work for the MOCO on several occasions and they guaranteed me that I would be satisfied with their work. I cannot believe how perfect the pieces look. The metal flake is uniform and looks identical to the original pieces. In addition, they use a higher quality german supplied clear coat that is supposed to hold up better to road debris and rock chips. My dealer was forced to give me a store credit since I had them cancel the parts which are still on backorder thru November, 2008 (Ordered August 4th,2008) and IMO is totally unacceptable. In addition, this painter was able to fix my batwing fairng and it looks absolutely perfect. If anyone wants incredible paintwork at a reasonable price feel free to contact this painter thru this link
